A message, encrypted
There is no form on this page and no address to fill in. There is a public key and an onion address, and the message travels the same way the market’s do, which is the point of using this channel at all.
The key
Encrypt the message to the public key below and send it to the onion address. The reply comes back to the address in the message header, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to remember between the two of you.

What to include
- The address you are writing from, so the reply has somewhere to go.
- What you need, in a sentence or two. A wrong address, a slow mirror, a question the pages did not answer.
- The day you saw it, if it is a problem. The list changes, and a date is the fastest way to say which set of addresses you were on.
What to expect
The reply comes back on the same channel, usually within a day or two, and sometimes not at all when the message is one the pages already answer. There is no ticket number and no queue, because the volume is small and the channel is quiet. If a message does not get a reply, the pages are the first place to look again, because the answer is more often there than in the inbox.
